The Controller/CO is part of the senior management team and reports directly to the Founder/President Harvey L. Hall. 


Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Accounting, Corporate Financial Management, or a related field.  Extensive experience in managing corporate finances and supervising a corporate accounting department.  Detailed knowledge of generally accepted accounting practices as they relate to corporate financial management.  Understand all Federal and State regulations and reporting requirements.  Possess demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.  Good interpersonal communication skills.  Ability to deal with a wide range of organizational issues and various personnel matters and able to operate under stringent personal demands, and maintain respect of both employees and community key players. This position requires the utmost confidentiality and highest ethical standards. CPA certification strongly preferred.



Accountable for the financial and accounting operation of the company, including the production of periodic financial reports that summarize and forecast business activities and financial positions in areas of income, expenses and earnings based on past, present and expected operation.   

Maintain an adequate system of accounting records and a comprehensive set of controls designed to mitigate risk and to enhance the accuracy of the company’s reported financial results. 

Oversee and regulate corporate funds and accounts, approve expenditures and provide guidance to ensure the financial solvency of Hall Ambulance Service, Inc., Hall Air Ambulance Service, Inc.
